We want you to love your Aurelia Jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused
-
In original packaging (including jewellery boxes and pouches)

In resellable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Earrings (due to hygiene)

Custom-made or personalised jewellery

Gift packaging and gift cards
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, style, or replacement, please contact us before sending your item back. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully check all items before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund your item.

We’ll provide instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund lost returns.
