Welcome to Aurelia Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Aurelia Jewellery operates this store and website, powered by Shopify, to provide you with a curated shopping experience.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from our store. By using our Services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Availability

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur.

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

  • All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit, discontinue, or update products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and any other methods offered through Shopify’s checkout system.

  • Discounts & Promotions
    From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, codes, or special offers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers, and they are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK Orders: Free standard delivery on orders over £75. Orders under £75 are subject to delivery fees. Valid until 31/10/25.

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm GMT (Mon–Fri) ship the same day (UK orders); international orders ship next working day. Please note: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, as we do not currently ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Responsibility: Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. We are not liable for courier delays, customs fees, or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include: earrings (for hygiene), personalised jewellery, and gift packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site—including product designs, text, images, and logos—belongs to Aurelia Jewellery and/or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Aurelia Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. If these Terms conflict with our Privacy Policy regarding data use, the Privacy Policy controls.

Video Message Guidelines

  • By submitting a video message, you agree that your content will not include offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful material.

  • We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any video messages that do not meet our guidelines.

  • Inappropriate or disallowed content includes (but is not limited to):

    • Profanity, hate speech, or harassment

    • Sexually explicit or violent material

    • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

    • Content promoting illegal activity

  • If your video is removed due to guideline violations, refunds will not be issued for the video message add-on.

  • Video messages are securely stored and used solely for the purpose of delivering your greeting to the intended recipient.

  • We do not share, sell, or use customer video content for any other purpose. All video files are deleted from our system after delivery.

9. Shopify Hosting & Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your use of the Services may also be subject to Shopify’s terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services linked to or integrated with our store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Site with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
